Mike has shown time and time again that he possesses not only the technical skills required but also the customer service qualities that make him a standout in the industry. Whether it’s diagnosing electrical issues, repairing leaks, or performing routine maintenance to ensure water quality, he is fully equipped to handle any challenge that comes his way.

Earning this certification is a significant milestone in Mike’s career, but it’s not just an achievement for him; it’s a win for all his customers who can rest assured that their hot tubs are in the best possible hands. 

About Mike 

Mike is more than just a hot tub technician- he is a devoted father and a proud new grandfather. He has three daughters, aged 23, 21, and 15, and recently embraced his newest title, “Paw-Paw”, to a lively 1.5-year-old grandson.

When he’s not working, Mike cherishes time with his family- whether it’s making his grandson laugh, watching his eldest daughter step into motherhood, cheering on his youngest in her percussion ensemble, or enjoying MasterChef and Survivor with his middle child. He also has a knack for baking and is known for his incredible cheesecakes, which he sells Grandma’s Cheesecakes, when he’s not at Hydra.
