Purchased Viking hot tub in May 2023. Great purchase and delivery and great deal for all. Tub always worked great. Had the grandkids up in December and they used the tub. Later noticed when we (adults) used it, the one side of the jet control was not properly in place. Tried several times to figure out how to attach it in place. Finally decided to call Mike about issue. He answered on 2nd ring. I explained my issue. He asked that I send a photo with particulars. He called back in several hours after I sent the photo. He said he could save me the cost of a service call by going to the hot tub and follow his directions. I did. Told him I had tried many times and it was hopeless. He asked me to just try what he was telling me to do. I did. It worked. I was able to pull out the part, connect it to the jet valve and then followed his direction to re secure it properly. I couldn’t believe it was that easy after I had tried on my own. How grateful I was that he walked me through the repair and not just coming to do it himself and charging me maybe hundreds of dollars like most companies would have done. Great service is free sometimes and is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Keith

I was specifically looking for a Viking plug and play hot tub, customer service was excellent, I was emailed exactly what I was looking for, negotiated a fair price, and within a week, our hot tub was delivered to Mooresville and set up by 2 knowledgeable, friendly, associates…literally never step foot in the store.. highly recommend!

This was my first service on my hot tub since purchasing in 2020. I chose Hydra because their tech Mike received many glowing reviews and I am going to add to it. He has been very thorough and explained things to me. The pricing is very reasonable. He will be my go-to guy moving forward.

The shop looks rough at first glance, but the guys are great and know their business. That's what matters. It is way better than the places with a nice shop, but they don't have a clue. Update 5/6/26: Needed some service work done. Mike came out right on time, was very friendly & did an awesome job. My pool is working like it was new.

When I started my pool up I had a small leak at the pump . I gave them a call and the maintenance man Mike Wilson gave me a call came out first thing next morning. It was a matter of tightening and checking a few things . He checked out everything and was such a great help . Hydra Hot tubs and pools I would recommend highly. Great pool and great service. “But with our second location [which opened in September, 2022], we wanted to do something different, especially because our two stores are about 15 miles apart, and we didn’t want to bastardize ourselves from one store to the next.”

The result is a swim spa superstore, “one of very few in the Southeast,” says Steiner. “We’ve had prospective customers tell us they can’t find another within a few hundred miles.”

With 10 hot tubs on the showroom floor (the company works with Viking Spas) and four swim spas, prospective customers can touch, feel and see the product, which makes all the difference. “That’s what distinguishes this location from our other store and from our competitors,” says Norman. “By putting their hands in an active swim spa, we are able to close more sales.
